An unfiltered light beer, specially brewed for the most beautiful hours of the year. With a fine balance of hops, malt flavors and floral notes of alcohol.

Swing-top bottle. Sweet barley malt and light grass aroma. Clear golden yellow color with moderate head. Sweet barley malt and moderately bitter grass hops flavor. Not bad, not great.

Etwas kitschiges Etikett. Test vom 10.5.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,9,9,9,9,9 - 8,90

Flip-top bottle: Golden coloured, smaller, lacing white head; sweet-malt, a tinge of yeast and herbal, almost "wooden" hops in the nose; mild sweetish-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, soft MF; a faint metallic tinge in the delicate sweet-bitter finish. Disappointing - drinkable, but rather thin for a brew of 13.2 ° gravity...........

(swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a foamy white blonde head. Slightly dusty, moderately sweet malty aroma with hay, a touch of honey and herbal hops. Slightly sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a medium carbonation. Malt-accented taste, light notes of honey; medium-dry, light-bitter and shy hoppy finish. Not bad, but quite mediocre.
