Bottled 01.01.2024. yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells spices, herbal, nettle, nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes spices, herbal, stone fruits, peppery. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of spices, herbs and stone fruit notes. On the herbal side of things, good stuff

Pours clear pale blonde. Scent is herbal, woody (twigs) with a berry-like undertone. Taste is sharp, acidic - but mild. Dry. Still gettin gthe herbal/twig thing, fruityness less present here. Typical Antidoot refinement, easy drinkability and yet so unique. Again, as is often the case with them, this isn't according to my personal taste / preferences, but there's no denying it's quality. And when you ARE a fan of the ingredients, their beer is skyhigh, which makes me certain some people are bound to love this one.

Light hazy deep golden colour, thin layer of white foam. Juicy, fruity and citrussy with herbal notes (cassis branches?). Lovely sour ale.

750ml bottle. Soft, slightly funky and herbal with some mineraly notes, blackcurrant leaves, wood and earthiness. Pretty nicely balanced and complex.

Aroma: White wine, vinous, wood and sour apples. Taste: sour apples, soft oak wood. Soooo smooth finish. Top notch. Next one please!

Really light, soft, herbal, oaky. Smooth and dry, delicate. Excellent.

Nose: straight green tree branch. Palate: kind of mild woody flavor and green leafy. Ultra vegetal.
