Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, caramel, hops and has a sweet roasty finish.

Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. oily palate.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Black with a small beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt and hard roasted malt. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and roasted light bitter finish. 050621

Bottle @Last Højbjerg Tasting in Højbjerg. Black, light tan head. Roasted aroma, a little coffee. Bitter roasted flavour, light choc and coffee and a light roasted sourish note. A little thin perhaps.
