Happy to find this can at Amstein, a lovely beer during a windy night. My kind of beer, on the way of a white ipa, really floral and aromatic with dry note of orange, citrus, grapefruit, perfect bitterness, a good surprise. 09.04.22

Appearance: Cloudy yellow to orange with a decent white frothy head. Aroma: Citrus fruit, honey, meadow flowers, tropical hints. Taste: Light sweet, medium plus bitterness. Orange, gerapefruit, tropical and floral notes. Lingering hoppy ending. Mouth feel: Medium body, average carbonation. Overall: Not the freshest one still it tastes well.

hazy pale yellow colour, moderate sized dense off-white head; aroma of pear, grape and grape peel, some grapefruity and yeasty notes; taste is dominated by hoppy bitterness with some grapefruity, as well as fruity notes and some celery-horseradish-like spiciness; correct one

375ml can from RusBeerShop in Moscow. Pours hazy gold with a tall white head. Aroma is grapefruit, floral, yeast (that characteristic Cooper’s aroma). Taste is light sweet, citrus, floral hop. Medium bitter finish. Light bodied. Not very interesting.

375ml can into schooner. From Ice Box Liquor, Tenterfield. Pours a cloudy golden amber with a large white head of foam and high fine carbonation. Some sediment floating around. Citric nose, orange pith, rockmelon. Excellent body, viscous. Taste is full of bitter fruitiness. Finish is dry with notes of peppery hops. Late alcohol noticeable. Quite an 'adult' interpretation of an English IPA.

Can. Not far off clear golden amber (didn't mix in the sediment) with a large white head that lasts pretty well. Very subdued aroma is weedy and earthy with some bread. Medium bodied, highish carbonation - but still soft textured. Firm bready malt with some stone fruit and lots of marmalade-like citrus. Now I've swigged I can just about pick it in the aroma. Long bitter finish (I'd have guess much more than 40IBU). Let down by the aroma but pretty good.

An enjoyable IPA with the signature Coopers flavour all over it. Some pine, melon, mandarin and honey aromas lead into a strong, bitter pine flavour with heaps of that Coopers yeast and malt. I'm sure this won't be everyone's cup of tea, but I really like it.
