Plentiful use of Japanese yuzu gives this beer a delicate yet deep citrus flavor. Enjoy the refreshing acidity from yuzu and the crispness of a lager.

Draught at Beer & Beyond. Hazy golden. Yuzu, some hops, graininess, a bit sweetish, bread, citric, bitterish finish. Decent.

Can from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours slightly translucent gold with a white head that collapsed quickly. Aroma is floral/citrus, but that strong Yuzu thing is present. Med body or so. Flavor is very Yuzu. Fruitily undry. Bitter - either hop or Yuzu. Quite refreshing.

I was gonna use a lager glass but then remembered a friend gifted me a Hitachino snifter. Hitachino Yuzu Lager 5.5% Clear honey gold with a thin fizzy beige brew that when I cracked open the can the aroma gave a big waft of floral Yuzu. Medium bodied, the flavor is Yuzu, a honey graininess and citrus spritz. Quite flavorful and clearly lager with Yuzu.

350 mL can from Discount Liquor, 1/27/19. Hazy orange, thin foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of yuzu, tangerine, pale malt. Taste is yuzu, lime, tangering, pale malt. Medium bodied, juicy, oily. Nice. But I love yuzu, so...

350ml can. Pours clear orange with a small white head. Aroma of intense yuzu juice. Taste is dominated by yuzu juice too, bitter, floral, perfumey, malts. Light body, soft carbonation. Weird, I like yuzu but this was almost overwhelming, and too perfumey and bitter, not convinced.

350 ml can at Polar, Madrid. Color is intense and clear golden, off-white, short-lived head. Aroma is very intense: a thousand citrus fruits (or more), all of them bitter and sour but none sweet; also mustard (!!) and peach. Super-interesting nose, guys. Mouthfeel has high carb, full-bodied though watery (yes, I know it sounds strange, but it was like that, and I'm not wasted). Taste is crisp, citrusy, just slightly bitter. Long-lasting finish with more yuzu hints. Cool, yo!

Can from SinH4. Clear golden with white foam. Malty biscuits with loads of yuzu and orange in aroma. Taste is less fruity but rather floral perfume. Some biscuits and grass in finish. Pretty good.

Can. Mitchellβs Wines, Sheffield. Mostly clear, medium gold. Blotchy, lasting, white head. Nose has lemon and lime. Peachy hop. Sweet grain. Taste is sweet, and modestly bitter, with a crisp tang from the yuzu. Light body. Bright carbonation. Short, lightly bitter finish. Like a 5.5% lager shandy. Great stuff.
