(375ml 2016 bottle from boxbeers.dk, #527/550) Pours pitch black with a small dark brown head and no lace. Aroma of dark toffee, raisins, earth, soft vanilla, soy sauce, roast malt, touches of chocolate. Flavour is dark caramel, molasses, dark fruit, port, vanilla, moderate roast, earth, light oak, brewed coffee, soft licorice, leather. Rather sweet but not too syrupy, finishing semi-dry, moderately bitter, slight spirit-like heat. Medium-full body with a little oily viscosity and very soft carbonation. This is an impressive beer from a brewer with lots of promise, big flavours here.

Black color with a fine beige head. Looks fine. Good lacing. Solid aroma. Full body and a smooth carbonation level. Nice rich (but yet mellow) sweetness and a oily texture. Lasting flavor with chocolate, dark sugar, espresso, oak and vanilla. Solid stuff!

Nice.

Clear dark black colour with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, fully to mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is heavy malty, chocolate, vanilla, alcohol, moderate to heavy roasted. Flavor is heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, vanilla, dark malt, roasted, alcohol, vanilla - chocolate sweet, light wood.
