Draught Small pink rim over deep hazy burgundy beer. Sweet cherries, cherryjam, heated cherrysauce, brown candi sugar, wood. Sourish tinge on the flavours suggested by the nose. Heated and again cooled stewed cherries. Pretty slick, slight alcoholburn, bit chewy. Another nice one!

Murky purple with no head. Aroma of red berries, vinous notes, leather, oak and light funk. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Hazy purple with no head. Sour dark berries. Quite dry and wry. Medium sour, medium body, low carbonation.

Sampled at Wild Festival Groningen. Cloudy purple with not much head. Sour cherries, soft funk and oak, lemon sour, light sweet cherries too with some marzipan in the finish. Quite sour, light bitter and sweet. Medium bodied.

Tap. Unclear ruby color with soapy head. Aroma is strong yoghurt, earthy, leather, a tiny bit of acetone. Taste is mon chéri, light chocolatey, thick cherry skin, good funk, lactic, leather, almost puckering finish. Good!
