DER HELLE wurde kräftig gehopft und ist trockener als die HELLE. Dazu haben wir blumig-kräuterige Hopfen mit leichten Zitrus-Noten verwendet. So ähnelt DER HELLE einem bayerischen Pils. Durch die lange Lagerung unsere Hellen können wir vollständig auf Filtration verzichten und erhalten trotzdem eine fast blankes Bier.

bottle with thanks to kappldav123! Pale yellow, tall white head. Medium-bodied, malty, shy hints of citrusy and slightly grassy hops. A bit fuller than Die Helle.

Short 0,33 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! Pale golden in zhe glass, slightly cloudy with an one finger white foamy head in the glass. Grain and apple on the nose. Taste starts more dry grainy with hop bitterness, some citrus and caramel in the background. Okay.

Clear golden. Aroma is noble hops with some rural grainy bread, light sweet malt. Taste is bitter noble hops with some grainy malt base. A little unrounded. Tastes not so refreshing somehow. Ok.

Schöne Getreidenase, optisch unauffällig, schöne Perlung. Im Trunk recht herb, fast pilsig, hinten leicht bitter. Könnte süffiger sein.
