This classic Tree House Double IPA is created with a massive kettle and dry hop punch of Australian and American hops. It opens in the glass with huge notes of ripe pineapple, pithy citrus, and dank saturated hops. As it warms it shows its depth and complexity. . . Sweet bits of malt intermingle with straight Tropicana. It has a soft but pointed bitterness and a rich, velvety mouth feel. She drinks much like Green, but with more of everything to love - including a greater potential to get carried away. Proceed with caution!

Can pour into nonic pint glass from the brewery. Appearance is cloudy (virtually opaque), dirty yellow-light brown with light chunks of sediment in suspension, nice sparkle at the edges of the glass, finger-width off-white foamy head with good retention and tons of soapy, leggy lacing. Aroma is strong tropical fruit and citrus, somewhat milder grapefruit and pine. Taste is strong citrus, pine, fruit with a malty backbone. Palate is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with thick, almost chewy, grainy mouthfeel, subtle alcohol warmth, spicy, with average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, strong aroma and flavors with a meaty look and feel. What a DIPA/NEIPA should be.

Taster, many thanks to Werckmeister! Dark orange, hazy, milky body, with a fluffy, yellowish head. Aroma of grass, green hops, dankness, lemon, juicy stone fruits, some tropical fruits, some vanilla. Tastes quite similar, a bit more citric and less green. Medium,a bit creamy mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes smooth, moderate sweet, a bit bitter, a bit dry, citric, piney, with sweet fruits, some vanilla, slight cereals. Very nice. Really smooth and balanced, with bright fruits and green hop notes. Maybe lacking the last bit of character, while very quaffable stuff. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 15

0,473l can at home shared with Sander. Canned 01/16/2019. yellow murky color, small white head. smells lychee, mango, oats, spices, peppery, grassy. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes mango, oats, citric, grassy, herbal, spices, peppery. finishes medium bitter with notes of mango, oats and some lychee. very nice one, probably even better once it was fresh, but still very nice to drink

Pours hazy straw into a shaker. Bright white meringue head with excellent retention slowly recedes leaving thick sheets. Mango and marshmallow aromas. Medium bodied with sweet mango meringue front to back. This is delicious.
