An old 16th century style that was apparently popular "throughout the world" (aka probably a handful of European countries plus India or China). Tastes like a mix of several German styles: Alt, Keller, Kölsch. Good, refreshing, outside beer.

Hazy, orange-aber color and a white head. Yeasty, malty, fruity nose. Rather sweet taste. more malty and grainy than herbal bitterness. Is it the real style?

ABV: 5.6%. ✅ Cloudy medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light toffee - buttery. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210918]

--Bottled, thanks dunklermessias! -- Hazy golden, mid sized head. Fruity, mildly grassy nose. Sweet with light body and well rounded mouthfeel. Dominated by sweet, fruity malt Mild grassy hops. Fairly low bitterness. Sweetish but quite harmonious.

Many thanks to Holger for this bottle. Nice dry bitter beginning. Hints of grain, not too dry with a grainy and slightly sweetish finish. Sessionable grainy.

33cl bottle. A almost clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild dry grassy hops and grainy malt. Taste of dry grainy malt, straw, some grains, moderate bitterness.

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass light golden, nice head. Spicy aroma. Starts mild, malty, modest dry. Shy hoppy background. Fresh hoppy finish, modest dry. Light metallical hints. Okay.
