Dancing Horses is a celebration of good times had and great times to come. This collaboration with Manchester’s Track Brewing Co is a modern take on the West Coast Style: super pale but with a bold bitterness and an abundance of the finest citrusy aromas. Bountiful hop additions throughout the brewing process and during maturation make for a thirst-quenching IPA that’s packed full of sweet passion fruit, pineapple and melon.

Can. Beer Stop, Dronfield. Clear, pale gold. Pretty firm, thick, lasting white foam. Nose has barley sugar. Some blossom water. Flicker of pine. Taste is a little malty sweet. Some herbal, sappy bitterness. Light to medium body is slick and oily. Foamy carbonation. Bitterness builds and lingers. Extremely ordinary.
