Klare rötlich bräunliche Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, leicht fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, leicht fruchtig mit Karamell, leicht hopfig. Mittlere bis hohe Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Many thanks to kappldav123 for sharing. Smooth mild beginning. Caramel, no bitterness. More like a nice Dunkel - but NO Alt. Caramelly, hints of roasted grain. Overall a very sessionable nice aromatic Dunkel - but no hints that characterise an Altbier. Smooth grainy roasted and dry aftertaste, no real bitterness there - hard to judge...

Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Dry malty roasty aroma. Starts mild, malty, light roasty. Modest sweet. Shy hints of cocoa. Finish well balanced, soft-malty. Quite drinkable. Nice one!

Bottle. Pours hazy brown with a minimal beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, with chocolate notes. Taste is toasted malt, nuts, brown bread, hints of chocolate, a touch of burnt plastic. Okay.
