Geruch sehr leicht malzig fruchtig, getreidig. Geschmack leicht malzig süß, etwas hopfig, ansonsten wässrig.

Sweet malt dominates the aroma and taste. Medium gold with light airy head. Musty, yeasty, malty. Short finish, some lingering sweet malt on the palate.

Pour is a dark gold with a large white head. Aroma is dry bready malt. Flavor is about the same. Overly malty but thin and watery at the same time. Finish has some white bread dryness and a little metalic taste. Kinda of a ho-hum beer.

Refrigerated bottle poured into a shaker. Pours clear golden with small white head that quickly dissapates down to a small ring around the edge of the glass. A little thin small bubble lacing, light body, smooth texture, medium carbonation, and grain with a hint of skunk aroma. Taste is grain, touch of grassy hops, hint of skunk, and finishes dry and slightly crisp.

Draught as Universitätsbräu Magister Märzen. Clear golden color. Big stable white head. Sweet flavour, some good breadiness. Low bitterness. A lot like their pils except for a faint hint of metal in the finish. 6 3 6 3 16
