dark brown, light brown head. aroma has a lot of roasty malty notes, but they are soon overpowered by sour beery and tart beery nots, that is, dark dried fruits soaked in lime and lemon. likely an infection. flavor is not that citrusy or sour, but has this feel of infection, super grainy weird flavor, roasted malty but also lots of unidentified flavors, peppery, herbal, whatever. This one is off, although the sourness is pretty well hidden in the flavor.

0,33l from bottle at El Lopulo Feroz, Corralejo (Fuerteventura). Black colours, small tan head. Smells grainy, krausen, plums, earthy, spices, candy. Decent smell. Full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes earthy, spices, peppery, cocoa, nutty, marzipan, toffee. Finishes lightly dry with notes of toffee, earthy and nutty notes. Pretty decent one. 6, 4, 7, 3, 13

Bottle shared with Sarah at the down under caps and taps, Fuertaventra. A clear reddy brown coloured pour with a huge light tan froth. Bit of a gusher. Aroma is woody brett, bark, toast, dark roast and berries. Flavour is composed of tart berry , woody roast, bark, dark cherry, brett infection. Palate is very highly carbonated, abrasive, thin. Little metallic in the finish. Infected.

Opaque color, good beige head. A bit gushing bottle. Aroma has light toastyness, tartness and vegetables. Light to medium-bodied. Citric tartness, some toasted notes. Active carbonation. Infected.

33cl bottle. Thanks oh6gdx. Poured dark brown color with a thick white head. Gusher warning. Sourness, berries, yeast, some fermented fruits. Flavor has sourness and mild vinegar notes. Hard to find anything else here. Not very drinkable anymore I’m afraid.
