Ein Kirschbier, das mit einer großen Handvoll Aromahopfen wie Taurus, Cascade, Simcoe und Chinook gebraut wurde. Das mag ganz nett sein -aber warum gibt man sich so viel Mühe mit dem Hopfen, wenn man es dann eh mit Kirsch versetzt? Dadurch kann es seine Stärken nicht wirklich ausspielen und außer Bonuspunkten für die Spezialität kann man keine Topplatzierung geben. Für Kirschbierfreunde auf jeden Fall ein tolles Ber, aber um den Aromahopfen ist es fast schade.

V jelinkovej krcme pri zst vinohrady. Svieza lesnoovocna vona. Husta pena farba malinovej stavy. Chut prijemna mierne horkalesnoovocna ale slabsia.

Vycap pivarnicka. Vôna visnova. Farba tmavšia ružová. Chut visnova nicím zaujímavé.

75cl bottle from food and beer festival in Brno. Huge off-pink good retention head. Colour is pale coppery bit hazy. Aroma is mostly cherries with sour fruity touch. Taste is medium malty base, bit cherries, long lasting bitterness, bit red berries, base is like lager almost, soft carbonation, ok drinkable.

on tap at Damian. Hazy light red color with medium pinkish head. Aroma: lots of hop, earthy, tart, sweetness, light presence of cherries. Taste: heavy hop presence - I am almost certain I could feel Simcoe, earthy, peppery, tart, lactose, sweetnes and sourness well combined, touch of cherries. I expexted totally different beer, the one I had was intensively hopped as IPA, but I liked it quite a lot.

Bottle 0.75l. Cloudy, red colored. AROMA- wild yeasty tones, sour cherries. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly sour, pleasantly tart, sour cherries, touch of dough, bitter finish. Medium bodied.
Very well drinkable, refreshing, tasty.

0,1l from tap at Craft Bier Fest. redish color, small pink head. smells musty, exotic fruits, mango, passion fruit, some berry notes. nice smell. light body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of cherry juice, berry notes, raspberries, exotic fruits, grassy, bit nutty. finishes lightly dry and bitter with notes of raspberries, grassy and exotic fruits. rather nice one great balance. 7, 4, 7, 3, 15

Tap at Salon Piva. Red brown color with medium pinkish head. Aroma of cherriess, stones, light hops. Taste, cherries, marzipan, some spiciness, light malt, light sourness in finish. Good.

Tap at Komin. I expected more cherries all around (knowing how much went inside). There is only a light cherry presence, the beer otherwise being a generally fruity pale ale. Thin body, very light sourness, moderate carbonation. A good beer, but overall rather faint, could use more intensity.
