BBBrighttt was created to be an intense yet elegant showcase for one of our favorite hops - Mosaic! It builds upon the base beer resulting in an amplified flavor profile as a function of additional kettle and dry hopping from the base recipe. Mike here at the brewery describes it as an "explosion of Mosaic". Lauren says the "flavor bursts in your mouth". So together we describe it as an explosion of Mosaic flavor in your mouth.

Sample at the Brisket and Beer tasting on 11/02/2019. Slightly hazy orange-yellow color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of herbal hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of citrusy hops, green onion and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a lingering fruity hop aftertaste. Good brew all around.

ratings Can at home in Hackney - sourced via trade. Pours clear gold with a frothy, pure white head. Lovely beer overall, great balance, reasonably sweet but also has some moderate piney bitterness to round it out. Has some bright citrus fruits, nips of tropical mango, some melon, peach, background pale bread. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly warming finish, more vibrant citrus and tropical fruits, balanced out by touches of old world pine. Fresh, moreish. This beer is phenomenal.

Can pour into nonic pint glass from the brewery. Appearance is deeply hazy orange-yellow with fine particulates tossed about like a snowglobe by copious effervescent sparkle, 2-finger width pillow of off-white foam head with excellent retention and nice, soapy lacing. Aroma is strong orange, mango and tropical fruit, light dank herb. Taste is strong mango and orange and hint of dank herb like aroma but also lemon citrus and mild pineapple. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, thick texture, average-to-lively carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, very strong aroma and flavor of sweet fruits. Nice and juicy.
