BBBrighttt was created to be an intense yet elegant showcase for one of our favorite hops - Mosaic! It builds upon the base beer resulting in an amplified flavor profile as a function of additional kettle and dry hopping from the base recipe. Mike here at the brewery describes it as an "explosion of Mosaic". Lauren says the "flavor bursts in your mouth". So together we describe it as an explosion of Mosaic flavor in your mouth.

1 pint can, canned 01/30/18. Shared by Werckmeister, many thanks!
Golden-orange, hazy body, with a medium, fluffy, lacing, yellowish head.
Aroma of lime, passion fruit, melon, some grass, slight pine.
Tastes similar, while fuller, with some more juiciness, some biscuit.
Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes medium bitter, a bit dry, citric, zesty, a bit piney, with lingering tropical fruits.

Very nice. The age of the can is quite obvious, especially in the nose, which is a bit flat already. Still pretty interesting, with lime and tropical fruit notes throughout. Alcohol is well hidden. Very good stuff after all.

Canned 1/30/18, drunk 6/10/18.
Bright copper-brass-golden, small-to-medium, white head showing moderate retention.
Fruity and lightly juicy with plentiful yellow fruits, biscuit and rich honey to support. No sign of oxidation and very clean, even and resin-free, at this point. Bright is always a fruity beer and this is no different.
In the mouth it's soft, dry, well-attenuated but not lacking of malt texture. Clean, even, hop notes are obviously quite subdued, with fruity esters and honey and light caramel-malts being quite forward now. No oxidation whatsoever and nothing off in the least. 8/4/8/4/16
Draught at the brewery, 11/6/18.
Very bright brass-golden, minimal white head fades to ring.
Lightly juicy, very yellow fruit-heavy hops show nectarine, meyer lemon, pineapple and pine. Base malt easily balances the low acidity with notes of honey and rich cereal. No resin or flaw.
Nectarine, pineapple, grapefruit and light tamgerine are all bright and show no resin. It's very malty and perfectly attenuated leaving it dry and crisp. Fruity, lightly juicy and showing delicious yelliw fruits and mild, flavorful citrus. Just enough base malt with light biscuit and cereal character. Lovely. Score is for this version.

Pours hazy gold into a shaker. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes to coat surface. Hot garlic and weed aromas. Soft with mango and pineapple upfront turning to warm resin and pith in the lasting finish.

Can. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with frothy white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is tropical fruit, yeast, floral. Slick body, melon, pineapple, juicy, light grass, light bitterness, enjoyed this.
