(Neubewertung: 21.7.2024.)

Amber color, small head. Yeasty peararoma. Sweetish, hopbitter flavor. Malty, in fact thick. Amazingly complex with oak and tropical fruit. Long herbal bitter finish.

500ml Bottle - Hazy amber with a white head. Rye, caramel and notes of dried fruit and spice in the aroma. Malty, fruity and fairly sweet taste with rye, toffee, sultanas, dried apricot and some peppery notes. Bready and quite nice at first but becomes a bit cloying by the end of the bottle.

Ok

Treated fresh bottle, still not great.Bottle. Cloudy orange, offwhite lace. Pea soup and cracker, sweet grain, boiled veg, sticky medium body, mellow mouthfeel, sticky grain, off-flawors. Bad batch? Hope to re-rate within the next decade.

Bottle. Hazy amber color with creamy eggshell head. Aroma is cooked peas, intensely so. Taste is the same, touch of sugar icing and grains, but mostly intense cooked peas. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Not for me.

Bottle from Landbierparadies as Friedel Kellerbier. Hazy amber colour, white foam. Bready, sweet malty, some bitterness in the finish. Very well balanced. Nice Keller!

Bottled 500ml. -from www.beershop.hr as Friedel-Bräu Kellerbier. Pale amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, mild nutty nose. Moderate malty, grassy, spicy hoppy and nutty with touch of caramel and dry bitter finish. Not bad at all but slightly lack of body can be felt here.

Bottle from Landbierparadies. Pale amber color, orange tints, tall, fine head. Herbal, flowery nose, candy. Sweet and fruity flavor, candy, oranges, flowery hops. Good bitterness. Too much candy-like sweetness is unconvincing. Decent peppery hop finish though.
