A cider for beer-drinkers! A low, slow ferment has kept the apple flavours low and then we have dry-hopped this cider with German and Czech hops to create a light, refreshing cider that will makes you think you’re in Bavaria drinking Pilsner!

Nice big foam on a medium gold body, modest carbonation. Floral hops on the nose are indeed pilsner-y and I can't really detect any apple. Taste is appley with soft pilsner hops. Easy and smooth, crisp, doing the hybrid apple beer thing extremely well.

Can from the cidery. Has a sort of a dull gold colour. It's got chill haze, too. Does cider do that? Cause I don't think this is a graf. The aroma is a mix of light apple cider notes and floral noble hops. On the palate it's quite hoppy. There's definitely some bitterness, lots of fruity, floral hops, probably more like a kolsch would have than a pilsner, but that's splitting hairs. The cider base is mellow, slightly acidic, and clean. The concept is interesting and I think they've done a good job with it.
