0,33 l bottle at a hotel restaurant in Rethymno. BB 31.12.2025. Cloudy dark golden in the glass, nearly two finger white foamy head. Intensive resin and pine with malt on the nose. Taste has also a lot of resin and pine, malty backbone. Present bitterhop. Long lasting aftertaste. Below average carbonation. Really nice one.

Bottle shared with Laura while on holiday at Crete, Greece. Clear golden color, white head. Smell and taste malts, hops, lightly resinous hoppiness, hoppy bitters. Very pleasant. Solid body and carbonation as well. Quite nice.

330ml bottle, L0927, at Tamam Restaurant. Stable white head, clear amber body, dotted spots on the glass. Herbal hops with a citric scent on the nose, inviting. Mid-sweet fruity caramel to the taste profile with a welcome bittersweet fruity finish. Medium bodied. Perfect partner to my panka lamb dish. (Chania, 30.05.2023).
