€-Fläschla: Deep golden, hazy, bigger and quite stable creamy white head, mild exotic fruits and grapefruity spots in the sweet-bitter grainy-malty nose; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, very smooth, nearly medium bodied; mild - but lingering - bitter-sweet finish with returning grapefruity and - very shy - piney flavours. Not an aroma-bomb, but a solid franconian (what else?) Bier...

From the bottle. Pale gold with a frothy white head that turns thin but lingers. Aroma of citrus, pine and nectarines on a subdued caramel base. Taste is bittersweet up front, mildly bitter at the end. Body is to the light side of medium, carbonation is balanced. Quite refeshing! A good one.

Hazy golden. Aroma is mandarin grapefruit berries and mealy grapes. Taste is a little more tart than expected but very balanced. A little fruity sweetness in the finish. Nice hop profile. Shy. Well made. Drinkable.

Tap at Freiraum during Sandkerwa 2018, experimental batch. Unclear golden color with creamy white head. Aroma is piney, grapefruit, caramel, a touch grassy. Taste is the same. Quite typical for a German APA. Bitter aftertaste. Silky mouthfeel with foamy carbonation. Fun! 6-3-6-3-11Bottle, after release. High drinkability, flavour profile is the same Has a bit of a Franconian character, but also quite vegetal - paprika and pea-like. Quite alright!
