Pours deep brown garnet with a dark tan head which slowly disappears. Aroma is quite decadent with booze, vanilla, oak, buttercream, toffee & ofcourse bourbon. In taste the sweetness overpowers any bitterness that may try and get a look in. It's hard to guess the ABV. A dangerous but delicious lady! 33 cl bottle with red waxing, bottled in March 2018 poured into a Snifter. Sweet aroma with rich fruity notes. Vanilla and boozy hints. Tart pears. Oaked notes. Caramel malts. Taste is sweet. Full bodied. Sweet finish with a rich frutiness, a slight burn from the booze and vanilla. Fine BW with a good barrel ageing.

Bottle @ home, kept for 2 years apparently. Clear deep ruby brown color. Small light beige head with short retention. Aroma's: sweet, ripe fruit. Retronasal: sweet, fruit, toffee, boozy, bourbon, vanilla. Flavor is heavy sweet with some barrelish woody notes. Fairly strong alcohol feel. Syruppy mouthfeel. Long finish. Very nice, especially as dessert.

Bottle. Color: Mahogany, thin off-white head. Aroma: Malt, Bourbon. Taste: Over medium sweet toffee, fudge, sugar with pretty strong Bourbon, vanilla notes with boozy and wood hints. Moderate to medium hopbitter, herbal hints probably from the Zeus hops. Nice, but the toffee sweetness is a bit overwhelming. Sticky mouthfeel. Full body, below average carbonation.

Bottle from Kaapse Brouwers, Rotterdam and shared at the Fat Cow, Bangkok. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin broken off white head. The aroma is sweet sugary malt, citrus fruits, sweet boozy woody alcohol. The flavour is strong to moderate sweet with a smooth rich, sticky toffee sugary caramel, malt, big woody, boozy alcoholic hop palate. Full to medium bodied with soft carbonation.
