19/VI/21 - 37.5cl bottle @ Het Boerenerf Eylenbosch (Beersel, BE), BB: 9/XI/41, bottled: 17/I/21 (2021-513)
Clear deep ruby red beer, small dense creamy pinkish head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lovely, good brett notes, tannins, woody touch, cellar, musty, some ripe sweet cherries. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lovely, pretty sourish, little metallic, lots and lots of sour cherries, little bitter, quite some tannins, hint of almonds. Aftertaste: pretty dry, lots and lots of very nice sour cherries, somewhat bitter, almond bitter cookies, super fruity and juicy, lovely Oude Kriek!
