Pours a lightly hazy, pale, pale golden yellow, with smallish head. Aroma is sour wheat, wild yeast, some wood. Flavors follow--a very complex combination. Clean, crisp mouthfeel. Very good saison.

From tap at Borefts 2025. Crisp, tart, funk, notes of lemon, grape. Medium sour, nicely dry. Great beer.

Op tap bij Borefts ‘25. 2022 versie volgens het bord. Iets mistig lichtgouden kleur, dunne witte kraag. Druiven, witte wijn, friszuur, licht funky, hint van citrus, vineuze finish. Lichte body. Lekker.

Tap at Borefts. Clear pale yellow with white head. Soft white wine, oak, tart wheat, tangerine, chamomile. Medium sour, light sweet. Crusp medium body. Nice!

Very nicely done, and a good mix of barrel and light hallertau hops. Some pineapple, some grapefruit. Pours clear golden with pretty good head. Light tart finish. Nice balance overall, and very pleasant. Unripe apricot or bitter plum is pretty big here.

Aroma is spicy y belgian yeast, super well balanced, then slightly tart really nice herbal hopping. Can't remember a better saison aroma than this

Draught at source: pours pale yellow with white head. Aroma is light citrus, light funkiness, wheat. Taste is slightly tart, lightly fruity. Pretty light and mellow.
