From tap at BEERA Bar, Riga. Wheaty aroma with citrus, lemon, peppery yeast, raw grain, some hay indeed. Light and fairly dry, nice grainy Saison-ish beer.

bottle saison like wild yeasty note with lemongrass and lime, very crisp and nice saison like aroma, not too sweet spicy, not grassy, good. flavoir is earthy, bretty, lemongrass, well tasting slightly sweet slightly nutty malty note, mineral watery. quite refreshing and a good quite solid malty base to the mineral watery bretty slightly tart lemongrassy yeasty notes.

Bottle, 330 ml at 7 Keys. Cloudy yellow with medium white head. Lemon and some yeast, sweetish. Fruity tartness.

0,33 l bottle from a shop at the island of Kos. Cloudy yellow golden with an one finger white foamy head. Pale grainy with citrus on the nose and low grape on the nose. Taste is also pale grainy, grape, increasing dusty dry with hop bitterness. Wheat and yeast. Low carbonated. Nice one.

Kolendra, lekka kwasowość, cytrusy. Barwa jasnozłota, mętne, brak piany i lacingu. Goryczki brak. Ciekawe, idealne na upały. Wysycenie dość wysokie.

Bottle picked up from Κάβα Οινομάθεια or in English Oinomathia Cellar a wine shop that has a great selection of beers in Volos. Had this at Camping New Triton, Drepano Beach about 12 km south of Nafplio, Monday 30th August 2021. Pours milky washed out yellow, there is a very light touch of 'Burton Snatch' on the nose but this is peppered with lemon squash. Nice, refreshing, light tangy farmhouse feel to this. Good beer.
