Die HELLE wurde mild gehopft und hat ein dezent fruchtiges Bouquet. Das stammt von den Aroma-Hopfen und den Spezialmalzen, die wir nicht ganz stiltypisch in unserer Rezeptur verarbeitet haben. Die HELLE ist unsere oberbayerische Variante eines gemütlichen, süffigen Hellen. Durch die lange Lagerung unsere Hellen können wir vollständig auf Filtration verzichten und erhalten trotzdem eine fast blankes Bier.

Short 0,33 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! Clear golden, small white head. Grainy and straw on the nose. Taste starts also grainy with bitter hop. Nearly like a Pilsner. Increasing caramel. Hints of white bread. Below average carbonated. Okay.

Hazy golden. Aroma is noble hops some fresh grassy spices with some bread. Taste is light bitter noble hops with nothing much else. Finish of stale bitterness. Not very exciting.
