Die HELLE wurde mild gehopft und hat ein dezent fruchtiges Bouquet. Das stammt von den Aroma-Hopfen und den Spezialmalzen, die wir nicht ganz stiltypisch in unserer Rezeptur verarbeitet haben. Die HELLE ist unsere oberbayerische Variante eines gemütlichen, süffigen Hellen. Durch die lange Lagerung unsere Hellen können wir vollständig auf Filtration verzichten und erhalten trotzdem eine fast blankes Bier.

330 ml bottle. Unclear golden, medium fluffy head. Hay, bread, grass, pale malts, fruity citrus notes, herbal hops. Hoppy bitterness, some light malty sweetness. Light bodied, lively carbonated, dry finish, palatable. A very good Helles for sure!

Flascherl: Pale golden to golden, hazy, small and stable creamy white head, traces of aromatic-herbal hops and pale malt in the moderate bitter-sweet nose; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, both fizzy and soft; herbal and fruity traces in the bitter-sweet finish, balanced by a good dash of pale malt. 33cl bottle. A almost clear deep golden beer with a mid-sized good lasting off-white head. Aroma of grassy and soft floral bitter hops, hay. Taste of straw, pale malt, mild grassy and floral hops, hints of citrus, medium bitterness.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is herbal hops, melon, grainy, a touch bready yeast. Taste is earthy, herbal hops, melon, grainy again, fruity aftertaste. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Not bad.
