Celebrating our Fifth Year Anniversary we brewed a sour Weisse base that we split five ways onto 5 different fruits. Having brewed countless sours the past five years of brewing we thought it was fitting to celebrate with loads our sour fruit goodness.

500mL bottle, pours an opaque dark pink with a small pink head. Aroma is full of yogurty notes, tart black currants, and a touch of apricot. Flavour is fruity and yogurty, dominated by the black currant, with only a hint of apricot, light tartness, and a yogurty body. Obviously a kettle sour but it's fruited over nicely. Pleasant enough.

Can at Ryan's
Murky red-purple colour. Berry aroma, good currant flavour, strong acidity, it's good but it would benefit from some more sweetness. Pleasant.

Purple and opaque. Has a mellow blackcurrant and vanilla character. Fairly tart, and a lot of blackcurrant. Ok, it's decent.
