500ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish golden colour with average to huge, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Strawy, grainy, minimally bready, malty aroma, a touch of malt spiciness, grassy hoppy overtones. Taste is minimally sweet, pale malty with a minimally grainy and strawy touch, subtle sweetness, mildly bitter, slightly grassy and minimally citrusy hoppy overtones, some malt spiciness. Watery-oily texture, smooth and soft palate, fine and gentle carbonation. Very clean, Well balanced and well crafted - quite solid for the style.

50cl Flasche.

Bottle. Golden pale hazy, golden head. Nice classic hop nose (Hersbrucker?), medium light chalky body, light grass, melonrind, a hint gunpowder, clean, very drinkable.

Bottle. Hazy pale golden color with creamy white head. Aroma is grassy hops, citrus, khakhi, Hersbrucker-ish, bready. Taste is grassy, citrus, light-bodied, biscuity malts, a bit peppery, dry finish. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Good, though unexpectedly unfranconian - it's very Pilsner-like.

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, pale golden colour with a firm mid-sized foamy white head. Distinctively grainy malty aroma with slightly doughy spots and delicately spicy hops in the background. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crisp carbonation. Pale malt character with cereals, white bread and subtle hoppy spice; moderately sweet and restrained bitter finish with present grainy notes. Simple, drinkable. 29.VII.18
