473 ml can. Pours a dull somewhat hazy gold with light head. Aromas of light toasty malts, cereal, grassy hops and a touch of citrus. Flavors follow same. Crisp. Nice for the ABV.

Clear gold with a rich white head. Touch of grain and touch of skunk. Bitter and bready with a long dry finish.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Hazy blond colour, medium to small head. Locally speaking, the aroma is interesting, grassy hops, malt; a bit mild when compared to Southern German beers. The mouthfeel is bone dry; lacking of malt substance, not supporting the body, and I'm also a bit unsure about the malt flavour; here comes the note out of tune: the herbaceous, pithy bitterness that I don't even think I ever got in any beer, in Germany. I had higher expectations.

Pale, some haze. Nice head. This is great. Big body for a light lager, but with a stack of hop bitterness, big clean pale malt sweetness, leading to a balanced finish with a big dose of herbaceous hops. Top shit.

473mL can, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a medium white head. Nose brings out a lot of fresh, spicy, grassy hops out front, with a crisp crackery malt base. Flavour is spicy and bitter, with a great burst of spicy, grassy hops upfront, backed with a crisp crackery malt base. Spicy, dry, fresh and crisp, with a nice lingering finish. Very good.

Very nice foam on a clean yet slightly cloudy yellow body. Smells of mellow yeast and corn, slight cardboard. Taste is smooth corn and soft hops. Ends cloying, there's a film on my tongue. Simply okay, lacking character.
