Mixed fermentation is at the heart of what we do at Yonder. Subculture is a pale ale brewed with a medley of cultures and all UK ingredients. Expect high-end fruit flavours from Jester & Olicana hops, on top of the dry and funky finish of Brett fermentation.

Lemon Brett, not particularly overwhelming, but a well-made and refreshing mixed ferment pale
