(On tap) Clear pale gold with small white head. Nice aroma of grapefruit, citrus, pine. Light body with smooth fine carbonation. Taste is very fruity and refreshing at the start, the malt is very low in the mix and fairly big hoppy bitterness steadily develops. Very nice.

Keg @ Rising Sons brewpub, Cork [120416]
Beer changes from brew to brew - Mosiac and some other hop
Blonde, clear, thin white head, some lacing
Aroma - Citrus zest, fresh hoppy nose, no malts
Taste - Bitter citrus zest hops, nice light soft fruity pale malt that lets the hops fully through, tropical fruits
Palate - Medium carb, light to medium body. Plenty of hop bitter ness, good light pale malt background. Good bitter sweet balance, clean finish.
Overall - Exactly what I like to get in a Pale Ale - rare to find in Ireland a hoppy beer with a light malt background, cleanly brewed, no claggy malts, refreshing, good stuff
