Our three senior Brewers, Nate Rykse, Joe Kavanagh, and Travis Fritts wanted to make this porter to represent the best malts of each type represented in the porter style. Smooth, deep, complex, and roasty, Night Farmer hits all the notes we love in a Porter.

Pint can from Ridgeview Liquor, 5/9/22. Dark brown, large tan head, good retention. Aroma of roast, coffee grounds, green hops. Taste is chocolate, roast, raisin, green and minty hops. A bit thin. Moderate bitterness, well balanced. Nice.

Chocolate malt and hay aroma. Black with small light tan head. Mild milk chocolate malt, and mildly bitter dry hay flavor. Good body. Nice.
