This series of four herbal beers is dedicated to the seasons. Each beer stands for a particular season, so you can drink your way through the year. In summer we foraged wormwood, which lend the beer its citrusy aroma and bitterness. This blend matured on average 10 month in red wine barrels.

Bottle shared. Clear golden. Minty, oak, sour wheat, funky Kemker yeast, citrus zest. Quite dry and light with quite some herbs, but again in a fresh and light way. Light and dry bodied, not much residual sweetness. Quite nice.

Bottle sample, thanks Travis for sharing! Dark yellow body, hazy, white head. Hazy dark yellow body, white head. Sweetish, minty, malty aroma, some funk, cough syrup (in a good way?), wormwood. Lean, tart, caramelly taste, light wormwood, fennel, citric notes, tart, no bitterness, soft enough, just a very, very pleasant beer!
