"Valleyer Schloss Bräu - Helles", Flasche von Ambrosetti, 5.8.2025. - Goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase mildes, leicht weißbrotiges helles Malz, zarte Süße und sehr milde, blaß zitronige Hopfung. - Antrunk süßsauer hellmalzig, teigig und stumpf zitronig. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang matte Herbe. - Banales, schwach gehopftes Helles, kein Genuß.

Bottle bought across from the brewery. Pale gold ish, small head. Mild nose, a little sparkly hop note, slight sweetness. Not offensive in any way, relatively straightforward easy flavor. A bit thin maybe, not bad.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a small, white head. Clean, malty nose with a hint of sulphur. Medium body, again clean malts with just enough hops for balance. Super drinkable. 140923

Many thanks for this beer to Beerhunter111. Pours a clear golden color with medium head. Nose is grassy, aroma is low malty, grassy.

Sampled @ Braukunst Live 2020. A clear pale yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of gently grassy hops, pale malt, straw. Taste of mild gently grassy hops, hay, straw, mild bitterness. Easy!
