Sort med lav, fyldig lys beige topp som blir liggende.
Aroma; malt, karamell, toffee, plomme, sjokolade, hint av Lakris.
Smak; malt, plomme, karamell, humle.
Munter mer enn den smaker. Men myk, balansert. Godt, lettdrikkelig mørkt øl.
Tap fra Cafe Kamienica - Gdansk.

Pleasant smell of roasted malt, solid head of foam. Black colour, opaque. The taste is similar to the smell, the bitterness is low but you can feel the roasted malt and chocolate. It reminds me a bit of dark goat, but it is less watery. The beer is well balanced in taste. The alcohol is well hidden.

Dark brown colour, almost black, large frothy head that stays long. Aroma is dark chocolate, oats, a bit of nuts, caramel and ash. Light sweetness, light bitterness. Long bitter finish. Creamy texture, soft carbonation. A bit like dry stout. Fantastic!

Fles Krzyzackie Mierze. Donkerbruin bier met schuim wat snel wegzakt. Smaak is licht bitter en vrij zoet met chocolade, wat koffie en karamel. Niet onaardig dit bier maar de smaak is vrij vlak.

Komtur: pours a deep, dark brown, near black, with a frothy beige head, and with some sweet roasted malt and liquorice on the nose. Has a dry roasted malt, coffee and milk chocolate flavour with a touch of dry bitterness, all on a smooth, very slightly grainy mouthfeel
