(Can) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of green apples, citrus, herbs and white bread. Fruity, tart taste with green apples, citrus, lemon, coriander, bread and a touch of salt in the finish. Low bitterness. Light body, dry. Tasty and refreshing, more succesful than it sounds. Nice one.

Can @ Patricks. Slightly unclear golden body under a fast disappearing white head. Aroma has light apple cider and hint of lemon acidity. Taste is sour, acidic apple, some minerals – it reminds me a bit about a fresh cidra from Baskerland. Medium body and sour aftertaste. Not much complexity, rather straight forward, tart sour apple flavor, but sure a nice and refreshing thirst quencher.

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, apple, tart and yeast. Taste is light sweet and light to medium tart with a long dry, yeast, tart and apple finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft to fizzy.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, best before 4/30/2019. Pours crystal clear medium golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tart/sour red/green apple, fruit peel, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, passion fruit, mango, melon, berries, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with lighter notes of sea salt, peppercorn, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of apples, fruity/acidic yeast, citrus/tropical hops, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tart/sour red/green apple, fruit peel, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, passion fruit, mango, melon, berries, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with lighter notes of sea salt, peppercorn, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and light spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/sour red/green apple, fruit peel, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, passion fruit, mango, melon, berries, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, sea salt, peppercorn, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of apples, fruity/acidic yeast, citrus/tropical hops, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering tartness and tangy fruit. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/acidic/tangy/tannic, and slightly saline balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.1%. Overall this is a delicious fruited gose. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of apples, fruity/acidic yeast, citrus/tropical hops, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish; not overly lactic or salty. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Great balance of apples, Lacto complexity, and Citra hops; with a nice pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity for the ABV. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Can, many thanks Nische! Surprisingly clear pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is apples, dough, candy. Taste is green apple candy, Haribo, sticky-ish, salty, tart finish. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Quite candy-ish. Pretty weird.

Burk från SB. Tack Samuel214! Ljus/blekgul med liten vit krona. Lätt, snäll syrligt och uppfriskande. Frisk äppelmust möter ett något sötare och syrligare vitt vin. Äppelsmaken ganska snäll och ger rum åt den lätta grund-gosen. Trevlig!
