Ein wirklich verdammt saures Bier, das ich unter anderen Umständen sofort weggeschüttet hätte. Aber die Säure ist gewollt und verbreitet sich fruchtig im Mund. So könnte man es fast für Apfelwein (Apfelringe) halten, auch wenn es es an Süße fehlt. So wie es extra bittere Biere gibt, die ihre Freunde haben, so wird dieses extra saure Bier bei manchen Freude auslösen -es ist halt kein Bier für alle Tage. Mir ist es zu bitter, aber das war klar, aber wer fruchtig-saure Biere mag, sollte unbedingt zugreifen.

Can from the brewery shop. Nice sour NEIPA. Juicy, tropical fruits, decent sourness. Very nice.

Can via Zil verne. Thin body, moderate carbonation. Moderate sourness, seems to me like a tart grapefruit-like kind, even with associated citrusy-pithy flavour, probably coming from the hops. Easily drinkable, quite good.

Can. Hoppy aroma and taste, malty notes, citrus fruit, light to medium bitter and sour. Medium body, hoppy fruity sour finish. Good.

Can. Hazy yellow color with thick white head. Aroma of lemon, grapefruits, zest. Taste, lemon juice, citrus fruity taste with tropical fruits, moderate hops in sour finish. Good one.
