What started with a visit of our Brewer David to Peninsula's brewery taproom ended up being a full day with a beer cook-off, paella, tasting and basketball. The happy ending was this Entre Amigos, a 7.8% Double IPA brewed with Talus, Bru-1 and Citra hops.

Dorée hazy, col blanc tenace crémeux et soyeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme sur un excellent fruité entre tropical et fruits à noyaux, petite note de pin - pungent goodness avec un effet coco en fin rétro-nasal.
Palais est plaisant, fruité à noyaux, tropical, petit de coco rappelant un effet Sabro, ici, je vois le Talus, pêche avec une amertume plaisante en fin de bouche, effet de mandarine, raisin blanc rappelant un Riesling. Fini légèrement collant aux lèvres, oily hop voire une petite pointe de poudre d'ail.

Pretty clear blond yellow, big creamy solid white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: quite some citrus, grapefruit, juicy, tropical fruits, lovely! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet, fruity, oranges, orange peel, little oxidized, bit sugary. Aftertaste: fruity, malty, bit oxidized, caramel, good bitterness, fruity touch, decent!
