Old rating - A 330ml bottle from Love Wine, St Saviour, Jersey. A outstanding DIPA, aromas and tastes of sweet earthy citrus bitterness at the start then some funk. Finish is dry crisp bitterness. Hides the ABV well.

From tap at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016. Aroma is fruity hops, peach, subtle Brett, funk, juicy fruits. Flavour is moderate to medium bitter with a bone-dry finish. Body is medium. Great stuff.

Draught@TCBW2018. Hazy golden colour, white small head. Aroma is brett, some wooden and mild spicy as well as hoppy tones. Flavour is rather sour and tart bretty with some slight spiciness and acidity too. Smooth and refreshing, even though quite much on the dry side of things.

Rich and fruity taste that gets instantly overpowered by tons of hops. Way too many hops for my taste, I had to sip this slowly.

Completely clear golden, big white head. Smells lightly citrussy, hint of brett. Light body, good mouthfeel. Taste is pretty bitter, plenty of citrus peel. Some grapefruit. And brett, lots of brett. Funky cheese rind, lightly tart old grains. Pretty good!

Can, 2021 edition. Pours a lovely clear gold, small head. Aroma is fruity and hoppy, citrus, lemon, grapefruit, lime, grape. Medium body. Flavour is very zesty, malty, quite bitter and light acidity. Weird combo here, and with light lager-y notes - odd. Really bitter, lots of lemon, grapefruit and lime, light muscatel. Weird but interesting, only a light Brett note.

440ml can - Pours a clear golden colour with an average sized fine foamy white head. Aroma is fruity, tropical with some brett notes. A moderately sweet taste and moderately bitter taste, fruity flavours, tropical fruits, lychees and sweet citrus with a latent spiciness in the finish. Nice.
