Hazy golden. Aroma is ripe apples, light yeast, light syrup. Taste is sweet apple with light sour hinge. A little yeasty backbone. Medium sparkly. Alright.

Schöne Birnennase, auch im Trunk herrlich fruchtig, Birne und Apfel, süffig süß, aber nicht pappig, Perlung passt, schmeckt.

50cl bottle pours a clear gold with some white head. Nose has apple juice and some candle, a little white grape. Flavors of apples and grapes and some perfume. Lightly sweet, lightly tart. Off dry, slick finish.

Bottle at share: pours gold with small head. Aroma is dirty apple, light funk. Taste is lightlly sweet. Slight funky notes. Fine.

Gelungener süß-säuerlicher Antrunk. Natürlich apfelig, hohe Süffigkeit, erfrischend. Spritzig, konstante Aromatik, zum Ende auch etwas Birne. 8/9/11/11/8/11

Aus der Flasche (bbe 26.05.2022) im 2022-0x getrunken. Dieses orange-goldene, leicht trübe Cider kommt mit einer deutlichen Bitter-Apfel-Aroma daher. Spannend! Daher hinter ist das eine Note von geräucherten Äpfeln? Ansonsten hat der Cider ein kräfigen Körper und eine eher milde Säure. Ein sehr gelungenes Cider!
