Bottled (from Vinmonopolet Kirkenes). Amber colour, mediumsized foamy off-white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, mild tartness with some mild strawberry jam. Flavour is floral, some wooden tones with some tartness with mild strawberry and raspberry jam too. Nicely sweetish tart.

Pours hazy amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, citrus, tart, raspberry and yogurt. Taste is light sweet, medium sour and light bitter with a long citrus, tart, raspberry and yogurt finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Mini-rbhd (trekkspilleren, eiendomsbaronen + undertegnede) på Bjørnøy sep-21, og kveldens tredje siste er denne 0,5 flasken fra Frokostserveringen i Straensenteret: uklar rødgylden med fint skum som varer. Duft av rips, plommer, rød grapefrukt, rabarbra og melkesyre. Smaker slik også, frisk, freidig og med sprudlende munnfølelse. Kunne gjerne hatt denne til en dansk frokost (altså lunsj). Eller i stedet for grapefruktjuice til en norsk frokost.

Bottle shared with JMD and JFE at Bjørnøy 06.09.21. Cloudy red peach colour. White head. Fruity arom and sour taste of Victoria plums, redcurrants, gooseberries and grapefruit. Fizzy mouthfeel.
