Sauna is a crisp, pale lager inspired by the beers of North Germany. This beer is a celebration of our continued passion for lager brewing alongside our good friends at CR/AK brewery in Italy. Best enjoyed after the sauna.

Can from Gulating. Slightly foggy pale golden body under white head. Aroma has malt and floral hops, feels clean in the nose. Taste is also clean and crisp with pilsner malt and floral/grassy hops with balanced bitterness. Balanced body as well with rather long lasting aftertaste. A really nice and tasty beer within the pilsner style.

150 draught, on a sample tray, outside at Tæps. Clear golden body, filmy layer, fair lacing. Moderate aromas of bread-like malts and dusty hops. Rounded flavour character of cereal malts, noble hops and a citric touch. Drying ending with distant bitterness. Easy to drink, and well suited as a summer drink. (Fredrikstad 06.07.2021).

On tap at Skur 4. An almost clear one, golden in color, with a small white head. The aroma is grassy and fruity, with some hay and pine cones. Bready pale malts in the back. It's medium bodied and quite dry, with a nice carbonation. Grass, hay, fruityness, peppery hints, pine cone notes and some bready malts in the flavor. Medium length finish. An easy drinkable and quite tasteful lager. 210612
