Lovely Rita is a modern version of a traditional bitter. Bold hops and a tangy bitterness sit on top of a sold slug of Suffolk malted barley. Our favourite pints are greedily guzzled draughts of bitter fresh from the hand pull. This is our take on these, but slightly updated to take advantage of both new and old hops.
Hops: Boudicca, Cashmere, Citra, Mandarina Bavaria. Yeast: Niche Solutions AY4.
