Beer with a tangy and fruity taste. A slight astringency accentuates its subtlety and its end note.
Long conservation beer, with an evolving taste.
The artwork is provided by the class' children that Jean Van Roy's wife teaches. It changes yearly.

Bottle, 2021. Bottled 16th of November 2021. Color: Slightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Funk, tart, fruity. Taste: Over moderate tart and light bitterness. Rural funk, fruity rhubarb. Earthy, floral, some minerals. Old hop, oak wood. Dry mouthfeel. Below average carbonation. Nice one.

Sampled 2022, so quite fresh still. Pours a clear, peachy orangeblonde. Nearly no head. Scent is full, raw rhubarb. Mild on the lambic. Taste is full, rhubarb (earthy, tart) Herbal-ish. medium tart, oaky. Decent.

Bottle, 750 ml. Cloudy golden orange with white head. Bit funky, fruity, rhubarb. Moderate sourness. Juicy. Quite balanced.

17/6/21. Time for some lighter relief, and for the basket. Lovely funk, lightly sour, dry, and with loads of wood. Never much of a rhubarb fan, but it works nicely with the dry and sour lambic. Bright, cleansing and tasty.

Thanks Alex! It’s tasty. Smells a little of diaper and sour milk but the rhubarb overpowers together with the sour grains. Very tasty.
