Utopian dark lager is our interpretation of Bavarian Dunkel style. We brewed this lager with dark British malts & a traditional double decoction mash, teasing out a bouquet caramelised nuts and read crust. A slow low temperature fermentation and over four weeks of cold lagering results in a beer which pours a rich amber, with malt complexity and exceptional drinkablity . Nutty. ,rich, full bodied, unfiltered beautifully balanced.
