Tap at Salon piva 11/2021. Med, thin body, medium carbonation. Med-high wood, moderate tannins, med-light sourness, light tartness. Moderate funk, horse, leather. Not much more here, moderately fruity. Good but not great.

33cl bottle from SOHO Dunajská restaurant in Bratislava. F: medium, tan, average retention. C: coppery to brown, hazy. A: malty, caramel, cranberries, plums, blueberries, grapes, lacto touch. T: medium to full malty base, woody, plums, blueberries, wild cherries, grapes, bit caramel, bit lactic, soft to medium carbonation, very nice, fully enjoyed.

Bottle at salón piva aug/2021. Deep red amber with minimal white head. Aroma of plums, wine, alcohol. Taste, plums, blueberries, sour cherries, wine, alcohol. Good.

Flasa. Kyslasto slivkovo ovocna tazka vona. Tmava granatova kalna farba. Silna chut, korenista trpka ovocna drevita. Velmi dlho ostava.

Bottle from Na Jedno Nice grapes on nose. Light sourness, BA feel is obvious. Grapes, lactose, sour cherries. Quite nice.
