Bottled@VastActiv&TBone hotel room, Helsinki. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, nectary and some mild honey and sweet malts to it. Flavour is floral, fruity, toffeeish, nectary and mild tropical fruit juice. In a way simplistic, but at the same time very tasty and fresh.

16 oz. can. Pours a clear, bronze color, with a medium, foamy, off-white head. The aroma is toast, pine sap, wet grass, cinnamon, and light rye. Sweet and malty, with a big, resinous bitterness. Medium body, sticky, and astringent. Quality, harsh IPA.

Crisp and fairly deep copper and even light amber coloured body with a very thin, single centimetre tall off-white and tan head that fades very quickliy. Aroma of light metal, grass, grapefruit, caramelised sugars with a slight hit of citrus bitterness, too, but the crisp hops are still stronger. Medium-bodied; Very crisp, grassy and herbal hop notes domiante here with a moderately strong malt punch that provides more than enough support to the hop bitterness, and actually show too much rustic earthiness compared to the hops here. Aftertaste is deep, rich and very earthy with caramel, nuts and strong flavours throughout, with the bitterness deep, showing some toffee and caramelised sugar notes at the end, but the malt perhaps stronger than all the hops. Overall, a decent, older school, East Coast IPA, with more malts than hops in entirety and only a dash of hop bitterness that shows through the nutty and earthy malt notes. Nice to sample from Colorado, pretty fresh, but I was expecting much more from this one...but happy I at least brough it home with me to try! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Trader Joe's in Fort Collins, Colorado on 31-January-2022 for US$2,50, best by 28-February-2022 and sampled at my house here in Washington on 28-April-2022.
