Clear dark brown beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: good, lots of smoke, camp fire, some caramel malts, grains, nice and promising. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: little sweet, lots of caramel, very smoky, bit sweet, pretty bitter, gentle roast. Aftertaste: sweet, bit sugary, smoky, alcohol, malty, caramel, good stuff, dried fruits, raisins and plums.

22 May 2021. Eurovision Tasting with the lovely Anke! Can from Gedeelde Vreugde. Hazy dark brown, thin, foamy, tan head. Aroma of smoked sausage, fried bacon, wet wood, tobacco leaves, dried banana, red apple, cashew, ripe plum, toffee, vague smoked cheese perhaps. Taste has very sweet plum, pear & dried banana in a rich toffee & nutty malt body with smoke, herbs & wood accents throughout, giving the impression of umami meat. Herbal hoppy finish, lots of dried fruit, toffee, tobacco & smoked sausage and warming liqueur alcohol. Full body, oily texture, average carbonation. Very tasty & complex, the best of a Bock paired with smokiness, I have to say it out loud: this is world-class!

Can shared with friend at my garden. no wlasnie to wersja bez oscypka, a juz sie czuje po otwarciu puszki, wedzonka jedzie na 102. pachnie 17-to centymetrowym certyfikowanym oscypkiem z Podhala. troche wedzonego boczku, kindzika i suchej staropolskiej krakowskiej, piwo geste, ciemne bez przeswitow, piana kremowa, bezowa srednia i srednio trwala, sporo ciala, lekka nuta palona, wszechobecna i najwazniejsza wedzonka.

Świetna podstawka, aż ciekawy jestem wersji z oscypkiem, no i chyba najlepszy double rauchbock uwarzony w PL w ostatnim czasie a może wogóle. W stylu, świetny balans.
