Dobre i wytrawne piwo, choć mało gożkie i trochę jakby słabo nachmielone. Wiadomo, może to za sprawą letniej odmiany która powinna być ożeźwiająca.

Clear 500ml bottle: best before Sept 2013, poured into an ’Old Speckled Hen’ badged vase shaped pint glass on 10th Oct 2012 @ home. Golden blonde body with a full, deep creamy head of off-white foam topping it off nicely. The nose is a blend of hop notes: floral and fruity with sweeter biscuity malts also playing a part in the aromas. The taste is again a mix of flavours: initially semi-sweet then a hop dry and bitterness asserts its self somewhat and that carries on into the aftertaste. Refreshing more than interesting: a hoppy, middle of the road Pale Ale that flatters to decieve: not as exotic as the front label implies anyway! Might be good with a curry: didn’t match with my soft cheese (Light Philadelphia with garlic and herbs) and salted biscuits too well.

Bottle at home in London with Lyoli. Pours clear, rich gold with a fine, white foam head. Bready malt nose, toasty hay, light grains. Light sweet flavor, lots of toasty biscuits, some light dry grass, light cereal. Kind of reminiscent of a lager, in fact. Light bodied with averagew carbonation. Crisp, clean finish, lots of that lightly doughy, pasteurised beer character, some toast, cereal, mild veg, toasty straw, mellow grass. It’s an OK beer. It’s very easy drinking, there’s a decent bitter edge there, and the bready malt character is pretty appealing.
